  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp powdered sweetener

For making the taco meat

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 roma tomato save 1 tablespoon for topping
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

To make the pizza

  • 4 low carb tortillas

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Mexican style cheese or more if you prefer
