
Keto Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients
- INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup sugar free chocolate chips Lilly’s
- 2 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 12 teaspoons natural peanut butter
Instructions
- METHOD:
- Mix the chocolate chips and coconut oil together and heat in the microwave for two 30 second intervals.
- Whisk together with a rubber spatula until smooth.
- Line a mini cupcake pan with 12 mini cupcake liners.
- Using a measuring spoon, pour 1/2 tablespoon chocolate into all 12 cupcake liners. Put the pan in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, remove the tray from the freezer and pour in 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on top the hardened chocolate in each Cupcake liner. Put the tray back into the freezer for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, remove the pan once again and pour in the rest of the chocolate on top of the peanut butter 1/2 tablespoon per liner.
- Freeze and enjoy!
- Keep these peanut butter cups in the freezer for a quick dessert or a quick boost of fat.
